Cancellation policy:
Deposit non refundable if cancelled less than 30days before the stay. 50% payment required if cancelled 7-14days before arrival date and 100% payment required if cancelled less than 7days before their arrival date.

Requirements for the cattery:
All cats must have a vaccination cert from a vet showing vaccination against cat flu in the last 12 months.

All male cats over 5 months of age need to be neutered.

All cats must arrive in a secure cat carrier.

Collection and Drop-offs:
Strictly Monday to Friday 6pm-7pm
Saturday and Sunday  9am-10am and 6pm-7pm

Image Rights:
Photos may be taken of your cat during their stay and used on our social media accounts. To opt out please let us know in advance of their stay.

Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be exchanged for products from our online shop or for boarding.
If used for boarding, notification of intention to use gift card must be given at time of booking.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment. No change will be given.
Any remaining balance can be left on the voucher and spent on future purchases.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our gift vouchers have no expiration date.
Cannot be used from 20th Dec to 2nd Jan.
Gift voucher must be presented at time of payment/collection.

Covid 19:
Due to Covid 19 social distancing guidelines, it is not possible for us to arrange viewings at this time. On arrival please ring the bell on the entrance gate and someone will be with you as soon as possible.
